Presented by the Museum of the Moving Image (MoMI), in partnership with the European Union National Institutes for Culture, (EUNIC-NY) Panorama Film Festival is a unique showcase of contemporary European films in New York. The upcoming 7th edition of this growing European festival will be curated by David Schwartz, chief curator of MoMI, in coordination with the EUNIC members Board. The festival continues the mission of showcasing vital European film-making as distribution remains challenging for foreign-language films in the United States. Panorama Europe gives New York audiences what may be their only chance to see acclaimed European films from the festival circuit on the big screen.
